The item arrived broken on 8/6/26. I emailed them the photographs as required within 4 hours of receipt of the package as outlined in the returns/exchanges policy to report my damaged custom item. It is now 8/17/26.
No one has returned my email to confirm receipt. If they have called me, they have not left a message. I am very busy at work and don't have access to my phone. Voicemails are important.
I'm very disappointed. The design looks really good in person and it's functionally useless without the base. So I have no idea if the pump and accessories actually work.

Update: I was finally able to get in touch with Sara. She sent me a mee base. Unfortunately, the second also came broken. I sent everything to Sara who submitted my claim fot a refund. Which is really a shame because what I recieved was so beautiful.
Don't have the refund yet.
