Campania International Ribbed Sphere Fountain

The Ribbed Sphere Fountain is made by Campania International using Glass Reinforced Concrete (GFRC). Glass fibers are added to the concrete to improve its flexibility, tensile strength, and resistance to impact. GFRC has high compressive strength, making it frost-proof, thaw-proof, rust-proof, and fire-proof, meeting commercial standards. It mimics the appearance and texture of cast stone but is much lighter in weight. This makes it an ideal option for projects requiring lightweight materials and large-scale planting. Due to its reduced weight, shipping and handling GFRC planters is simpler. GFRC planters are resilient to UV exposure and extreme temperatures, including high heat and frost.

Each Campania International Ribbed Sphere Fountain is individually molded and finished, so no two pieces are exactly alike. Due to the materials, manufacturing processes, and variations in photography conditions, natural differences can occur in size, weight, and color. The actual color may vary from the photo.

Tips from the Painters:

  • All the cast stone pieces are hand-painted to order. This method differs for each color. After the color is applied, all pieces are sealed.
  • Color variations will occur and are part of the unique quality of the fountain. 
  • Depending on the color selection and environmental conditions, a touch-up may be needed after several years. Paint Kits are available in 10 oz bottles or gallon size jugs.

All fountains come with a pump and pump kit. Campania pumps have a one-year warranty for standard residential use.
