How difficult is it to install the Vence Wall Fountain? 

The installation process for this wall fountain is easy, but it is important to understand that this weighs 925 pounds.  This water feature comes in a few pieces making it easier to manage but requires planning.

Delivery & Site Prep 

Our team of shipping experts will contact you to schedule a delivery day at your home or office.  Once you have a good understanding of your delivery day, prepare the site for installation.  Make sure to level the ground and use two to four inches of gravel to provide a solid surface.  Locate the closest electrical outlet and make sure it has a GFCI Outdoor cover installed.  The fountain will be delivered curbside and please make sure to do a complete inspection of the fountain before signing the delivery ticket. 

Using a hand cart to move the fountain pieces will reduce injuries as well as damage to the fountain.  During the unpacking process, there will be an excessive amount of packaging materials and cardboard.  Use these materials to protect the fountain while transporting on the hand cart.  Also, make sure the use a tie down strap or roping to tie the fountain to the cart.  

Installation Instruction & Installation Tip 

The fountain will come with instruction and take a few minutes to read them, familiarize yourself with the parts and begin the assembly.  There is only one trick to installing all these fountains, the electrical cord travels through the compression fitting from the inside water basin to the exterior of the basin.  Typically beneath the fountain.  Look at the lower basin and become familiar with the location, it is best to leave a little excavated area so the cord does not cause the fountain basin to be unlevel.
