All Saber Grills ship free from our warehouse outside of New Orleans, LA. Due to the large size of these grills they arrive on a wooden pallet via common carrier and cannot be expedited under any circumstance. The customer is responsible for arranging a delivery appointment with the freight company and notifying The Garden Gates of any special delivery requests before placing an order. Shipping on Shrubs, Ground Covers, Flowers, Evergreen Topiaries and Indoor Foilage
All our shrubs, ground covers, flowering outdoor plants, evergreen topiaries and indoor tropical foliage ship on Mondays for orders place Tuesday to Sunday. This is done to make sure that plants are not being left in a truck over a weekend. All plants will be shipped using FedEx Home Delivery and tracking details will be provided. Ivy Topiaries Shipping
Ivy Topiaries ship within 2 days of ordering unless otherwise notified. All orders placed Friday, Saturday and Sunday will ship on Tuesdays to make sure these plants do not get damages over the weekends in shipping warehouses. The Ivy Topiaries will ship either from North Carolina or California based on your location to these growing facilities. All Ivy Topiaries ship 2 days FedEx Home Delivery.

White Glove Services
For large and heavy items, we offer 3 different White Glove services for an additional fee. The White Glove fee applies to all items, including those marked as "free shipping." Services include putting the box(es) in a specific place, unpacking the item(s) and unpacking with set-up and debris removal. Please call for a custom White Glove quote and be sure to include item(s) to be shipped, address and specific instructions.
For an additional cost, we can pre-assemble your grill for you, which means that we will put it together before shipping. However, we will not put the wheels on your grill because we have found that this is not the best for shipping. Assembly does not mean another level of delivery service - unpacking or placing the grill in your backyard is an additional cost on top of assembly.
