Materials:
Feel the comfort and stability that comes from quality materials and close attention to detail. Breezesta furniture is made from very dense and durable HDPE poly lumber that is heavier than most competitors’ HDPE versions and lower-cost polystyrene material. Our Sure-Lok joint mortise-and-tenon construction, typically used in fine woodworking, further ensures the furniture’s sturdiness.
The lumber surface’s unique graining mimics the look of real wood and helps to conceal minor scratches, while other manufacturers’ smooth plastic amplifies them. Breezesta poly has multiple advantages over hardwood too: it is easier to maintain and is warranted against cracking, splintering, chipping, peeling, and rotting.
Visually, our color is second to none. Highly-saturated color pigments run throughout the lumber, so there’s no worrying about white marks from scratches or nicks! Sun Guard Technology, our proprietary formulation of ultraviolet inhibitors and stabilizers that’s mixed in with the color pigment, protects the furniture from fading. We guarantee it for three years! Finally, our color-matched fasteners are so subtle that all you focus on is the rich color and stylish design.

Sustainability:
Breezesta manufacturers premium outdoor furniture made of recycled poly lumber to be part of the environmental solution. Each year, we remove tons of petroleum-based milk jugs and water bottles from America’s waste stream and convert them into sturdy poly lumber at our own recycling plant.
Alternatives to our recycled poly lumber solution don’t offer the same sustainability or durability, either. Metal rusts. Wood splinters. Webbing tears. Aluminum frames bend. Any outdoor space can be met with harsh elements that would damage lower quality materials. In the end, this damaged furniture is trashed and sent off to the landfill.
Breezesta is what environmentalists call a “full circle” product. It’s not just made from recycled plastic, it’s recyclable itself! Breezesta will last season after season, but if you are ready to recycle it, simply remove the hardware. This eco-friendly mindset is reflected in everything we do, from our manufacturing process to our marketing materials. We consciously make these sustainable choices so you can have peace of mind about the impact of your purchase.
Recycled plastic is safe and clean.
Making safe and clean products using post-consumer waste begins with proper sorting. The material is then thoroughly washed and decontaminated. The base plastic material is processed at our Pennsylvania plant and converted into sturdy poly lumber. The plastic is decontaminated to a high purity level, thus ensuring it is safe for use. The purified recycled plastic is formulated with Ultra-Violet (UV) stabilizers and color pigments, creating colorful, eco-friendly, maintenance-free products.
Breezesta products will be free from manufacturing defects when subject to normal and proper use and will not crack, splinter, chip, peel, or rot or suffer structural damage including from insect infestation.
Casual Living warrants to the original purchaser, not transferable, a limited lifetime pro-rated warranty for residential and five (5) years of commercial use from date of proof of purchase (dealer receipt or commercial invoice).
We love to ship for free. It takes the guessing work out of the whole buying process, making it easier for you! Some services are not free, we can not ship anything expedited or to Hawaii or Alaska for free. International shipping would also be a charge and is limited. How Items are Shipped:
All the smaller items will ship via UPS or FedEx in a standard fashion. Always be sure and inspect your items once they arrive and take pictures if there are any damages. Email them to info@thegardengates.com and we will make it right.
LTL, what does that mean? LTL stands for Less than Truckload and it is used for all the heavy, big items, and/or large orders. Our LTL service is curbside only and by appointment. We can guide you if you are unfamiliar with this process.

Breezesta Lead is about 2 weeks! 10-14 Business Days.
This is subject to change, please contact us and we can get a more exact estimated time frame and check in stock items.
It then has to ship, which that timeline depends on where you are having your order delivered. We keep you posted along the way via email and you are always free to get a real time update via chat or phone call.

Returns:
When you order a product made by Breezesta, it is a final sale. To help remedy any question about what to buy please utilize our free design service. We can help you choose the color of a table or which furniture set is right for your home.
Breezesta's items are made to order and the majority of them are heavy or large size. Shipping back these pieces is a laborious process that without the proper packing knowledge, is almost impossible to do with damaging the item further. That being said, we at The Garden Gates stand by Breezesta's policy and if there is any issue with the piece we will work to resolve it in the best way possible.
