About Shipping
The first
thing we want to tell you is that you
receive free shipping on orders
that total over $125.00.
How soon will I see my stuff?
If we
stock the item here at The Garden Gates we generally ship it within 24 to 48
hours of receiving the order. If the
item is oversized, extremely heavy, or ships direct from the manufacturer this
will delay the ship date. Items coming
from the manufacturer may ship anywhere between 1 and 6 weeks. Check the individual product page for more
specific details.
How can I track my shipment?
When your
order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number (if
available). Otherwise, you can always go
to the Your Account page to track your order status or shipment.
On orders over $125.00
Orders
over $125 will be shipped free of charge and via standard shipping
methods. For UPS items Standard shipping
(5 to 7 days) will apply. If your item
is oversized, heavy or ships direct from the manufacturer the shipping will
vary accordingly.
Packaging & Delivery
We take
special care to ensure that your item is packaged safely and properly to
minimize the risk of damage. If you
receive an item that is damaged during shipping, don’t worry, notify us and we
will be happy to send you a new one at no cost to you. See our Returns Page for more details.
If you
order multiple items there is a chance you will receive them at different
times. This is because they are
originating from different locations.
On oversized or heavy items
Oversized
or extremely heavy items (those that do not qualify for UPS shipping) are
typically shipped via truck carrier and delivered curbside. You will need to make arrangements to receive
these items. If you need assistance,
please Contact Us and we will do our best to help you find help.
What if I chose a rush delivery but my item takes 3 to 5 weeks to ship?
Many of
our products are not made until we receive your order. With this in mind and because we don’t charge
your card until your order ships, we will contact you and let you know. You will not be charged rushed delivery for
items that are not rushed!
Other shipping policies
We do not
charge your credit card until your order has been shipped.
Standard
delivery is free, rush deliveries will be charged $5.00 for 3-day Select and $10.00
for Next Day Air.
