Our line of handmade ceramics utilizes traditional manufacturing processes in Mexico, a country with a tradition of over 400 years in making ceramics. Our clay comes from the Mexican Santa Rosa Mountains and is then molded into beautiful and carefully crafted birdfeeders, and birdhouses.
Beautiful glazes are hand-applied, which results in variations in intensity and coverage, creating wonderfully unique pieces, each one bearing the artisanship of its maker. Each piece is one of a kind. Our Habita™ pieces are glazed inside and out for easy cleaning, and, of course, are lead and cadmium free. Ornithologically correct. |
